08AI, research, and enrichment outputs
Ask Strukta, Researcher, lead research, Contact finder, Market intent, summaries, match rationales, and suggested next actions are decision-support tools. They may use AI, web-search providers, public records, and third-party business-contact sources.

09No professional advice
Strukta is an information tool. We do not give legal, tax, procurement, surveying, financial, or other professional advice. Decisions on tendering, bidding, or contracting are your responsibility.

Some features are marked beta, preview, or coming soon. These are offered "as is", may change without notice, and may be removed. Service levels and warranties do not apply to beta features.
11Your responsibility when using data
You are responsible for how you use any data you view, export, or contact through Strukta, including compliance with UK GDPR, PECR, and direct marketing rules.
Where you contact someone based on a Strukta record, including contact details found through Contact finder, you remain responsible for sending lawful, relevant communications, honouring opt-outs, and keeping your own records of consent or legitimate-interest assessments where needed. Strukta does not authorise unsolicited mass marketing using records from the service.
12Public records and attribution
Planning and tender records originate from UK public bodies, generally under the Open Government Licence v3.0 or equivalent. Market-intent signals may originate from official feeds, public announcements, trade press, and other public built-environment sources. Re-publishing or redistributing source records remains subject to the original licence or source terms.
13Intellectual property
Strukta owns the app design, search and matching tools, compiled database structure, scoring logic, and brand. These are licensed, not sold.
Subject to these terms and payment of fees, Strukta grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for the internal business purposes of your organisation.
14Customer content
You own the notes, saved searches, lists, prompts, assistant messages, saved memory, research questions, and profile settings you add. You give Strukta a non-exclusive licence to store and process them so the service can work, and to back them up for resilience.
15Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features to improve the product. We will not materially reduce a paid plan's core value during a billing period without offering a pro-rata refund or a comparable alternative.
16Suspension
We may suspend or limit an account for:
- Non-payment.
- Abuse of the service or other users.
- A security risk.
- Suspected unlawful use.
- Breach of these terms.
17Termination and data export
Either party may end the agreement by ending the subscription. On termination you have 30 days to export your workspace content. After 30 days we may delete it. Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, or audit reasons; see the privacy notice.
18Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
For any other claim, each party's total liability is capped at the fees paid by you to Strukta in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost contracts, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption.
19Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Strukta from third-party claims arising out of your unlawful use of the service, your breach of acceptable use, or your use of records in a way these terms prohibit. Strukta will defend reasonable third-party intellectual-property claims arising from the service itself, subject to the liability cap above.
20Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
21Notices and contact
Notices to you go to the email address on your account. Notices to Strukta: email legal@strukta.io.
